Seems like you didn’t hear him call GR a ******** live on air for doing exactly what Max does to every other driver.

Don't see the issue. With that. I say the said the same thing myself when the likes of Latifi, and Mick Schumacher were crashing all over the place and bringing out safety cars in various seasons. Just part for the course. Adds a bit of interest.

He was pretty calm and accepting of 2nd place in that race, while if the same thing happened to some others they'd be moaning that the team bringing them in or leaving them out too long.

I expect Alonso to get Perez on the start. Sergio is now in a genuine fight, and won't want to bin it on the first corner. Alonso will hold the RB up for a few laps, before an easy DRS pass and then off into the distance.

I don't mind Max throwing a strop when someone drives into his lovely car, it's the endless analysis that bores me to death. Mainly because its the only thing they can find to talk about.
Apparently the pre anthem procedure is going to be ever so slightly cringe worthy. Can't wait.

Surely Leclerc is jeopardising his future with Ferrari? He can’t go on like this for much longer.
Yeah I was thinking the same, I don't think either ferrari driver are what the team need, they need a fast but consistent driver such as Hamilton, Russell, Max, or maybe Norris.
I find most of the grid lacking at the moment however, after all we have Alonso, Magnussen, Hulkenburg and Perez all more than holding their own. All of whom have previously been rejected. At this rate 17 year old Oliver Bearman will be parachuted in.

Tbh I really have to question the godlike status of Max considering Perez has proved half decent competition. It's all a bit strange.

I think it's his role though. To push the car to its absolute limits. There's always going to be more risk in doing that. Carlos seems to have fitted into the slightly more conservative role. Less likely to get the glory, but might actually out score his teammate as a result.

If Alonso does end up third in the drivers championship this year and Stroll jnr is nowhere near, I wonder how long it might be before Stroll snr looks at getting in someone like Leclerc.

I think the day that decision is made Stroll Snr will sell the team, maybe that'll be Andretti's way in... The team only exists to give Stroll Jnr a drive when no other team would touch him with a barge pole, whether AM itself gets sold or not I dunno, it's hardly making big money for him but probably losing less than the team is...

Given the cost cap rules I'd be surprised if the AMR team was losing him any money, they've got massive sponsors, etc - he'll be shelling out a fair whack of the £200m on the new factory but Stroll doesn't strike me as someone who's about to walk away

GIven Mercedes have gone backwards since last year and Hamilton only has a contract til the end of this year - Hamilton to take the familiar Champions end and a few years at Ferrari before retiring?

Love watching the Miami race build up - no other track has the mix of celebrity, previous drivers and pushing new films :D

I think Charles is trying to extract every bit of performance out of that Ferrari, and it clearly falls apart on the edge, whereas Sainz is probably a more accurate representation of the cars performance.
