This place is often an oddity but you also have clarified flexing wing rules, so maybe they've made changes and misjudged those

But Perez won here last year. During quali, they were saying it was to do with not being able to get the tyres up to temperature. Their race pace hasn't been to their usual standard though. Will be interesting to see next week, whether this is really anything to do with the new TD.
