I dont agree, Sainz was just driving the normal line. Onboard with Sainz shows a straight wheel up to the point of contact. Perez just wasnt paying enough attention. Maybe the low sun had an impact would have been directly in both of their eyes?

Sainz maybe moved inches at most, who was being squeezed on the right.

Wouldn't say desperate, if anything he was too cautious passing Charles which cost him 2nd. After that its hard to tell who's fault it was.
