Will be interesting to see if Norris fluffed that himself or the team told him to go - he'll be fuming if they told him to go :cry:
 
the chaos if some of them legit just parked there (fuel, lap count all sorts goes wrong then)

Race control should get a penalty for absolutely poor communication and reactions in this scenario. They're supposed to control the race and the safety but nobody seems to have a clue where it matters.

He didn't get any benefit from another formation lap. he's not gained anything, so not sure what the penalty should be if any.

Surely there was confusion with race control themselves, even the commentators said safety car start
