It is such a shame that Titans are volt locked because with a chiller on the go, you could get some seriously good clocks on the core. Stupid Nvidia and their cotton wool :(

If the rumour is true that the 770 and 780 have 1.3v available,

maybe Nvidia will release a new Titan bios allowing the same ( hoping/praying ) :D

I think with a single card you can get a bit of a bump with a bios mod, but with 3 or 4 cards it is not so clear. I am still on the stock bios (and the steroids of course).:D

Have you tried any of the other BIOS's? That Naennon BIOS was awesome for benching with its 1.212V ceiling. Not so good for games, because it was all or nothing and that could lead to problems but if you decide on pure benching for a couple of days, give it a whirl :)

I have not tried it, I know Vega uses a modded bios but the difference on 4 cards is tiny. On a single and maybe two cards it seems to make a difference judging by your results.

I will give it another go when I finally get round to water cooling my Titans. The biggest part is keeping the temps down and that BIOS (which Vega is/was using) seems a perfect match for water/chiller.

When I get my blocks, I will do a before and after score.

I have noticed that about the temps, if you can get the cards to run in the low to mid 20s they are more stable.

I don't know which one Vega was using but his volts gave it away.

Here is a nice find I found when I ordered it, you can buy these black inserts that replace the normal connectors so you can fit a compression fitting to the top of the inlet/outlets without all the extra pipework.

Can you link me those inserts?
