I train 2-3 times a week, have been doing so for last 4 years.

Guy in the place i go is 6 foot 10 and pulls 1:19 :eek:

Scary stuff!! That's phenomenally quick! I'm going to keep at it, I'm reasonably fit, but haven't rowed in a long time.. So hopefully I can improve the 1.31... :)
 
I might start adding it to the start of all my cardio sessions, it seems to have made smashing out 25km on the bike much easier.

I'll give this a try next week.

I can do 1495 meters in 5 mins which is about 300 meters a minute, so 1:30 should be achievable.
