It IS too expensive, but since when has money been an issue for enthusiasts?
However saying 'you can't afford it' (paraphrased), every time someone says it is too dear in every thread is going to annoy people as well as making it about money..

So both sides need to get a reality check tbh

Any chance someone could bench crysis on very high using 1280x1024

I'm taking it REALLY slowly with this overclock right now, owing to the fact theres not much info out there about how far you can push them and what happens if you do. So nothing ground breaking, just to show it can infact be overclocked i guess, there were some very stupid rumours before it came out that you would be able to OC the GX2 at all...

i would be careful with throttling, seeing as not even big companies like BFG are allowed to sell these babies pre-clocked,
out of curiosity is there room for watercooling or are they too close together?

Ill benchmark Crysis tonight :) at work :/

Crysis i now play 1900x1200 all on Very High, shader on High, how its ment to be played :rolleyes:
Shader detail on Very High at high resolutions still is for next gen cards.

I tried some AA but it seemed to stutter, i beleive there are some driver issues at play :) but i done use AA so thats fine.

A little update guys, turned on my PC this morning and it refused to boot windows, once id told it to boot to previous working settings it started fine however, as far as i can tell it was the GX2 overclock that did it, looks like ill have to take it even more slowly than i was. So initial results suggest there aint much room for OCing these card, or maybe its just mine. Anyway im not stopping there, ill try to find what the max OC is.
