anyone have any tips for moving from lvl 8 to 9?
i currently have a lvl8 aero with most upgrades at lvl 2 + tuning and win about 70% of online races (12.158 is my best at 1/2 mile)
was wandering how much cash and rp i should save up before taking the plunge into the bigboy league.
any tips gratefully received :)
 
I went into level 9 with apx 1.5m and 1000+ RP points and I'm now struggling. I've done quite a few upgrades to the car but it doesn't seem good enough so I'm relying on the battles to earn. Each new upgrade requires 1000RP though :eek:
 
I've learned that having a decent 2nd car 1 level behind my main car comes in handy. Instead of struggling to win battles to earn cash and rp to afford upgrades, it's quicker to jump in the other car and win 90% face to face races.

I've currently got a level 9 Veyron which I win almost all 1/4 mile races and a level 10 Veyron SS which I only win around half the 1/4 mile races. I can barely win a 1/2 mile race with either.
 
I've currently got a NRR599 and wanna upgrade soon when I get some more cash/RP together but undecided between the Bugatti and Venom?

What's the general opinion?
 
Anyone got any tuning tips for the kone? Couldnt bring myself to upgrade it to level 9 so got the tuning kit instead :D
 
Not long started this, got a Supra fully upgraded but I'm getting badly beaten by hairdresser's :(:D, sick of level 3 now but got no idea what car to get so I can move up and actually be able to win.

I'm approaching lvl 9 in my Zonda (only 700k more to spend LOL + tuning (:eek:))

Or I'm lvl 7 in my maxed+tuned NR599... come 'n 'av a go if you fink yer 'ard enough! ;)
 
Anyone else notice a little glitch in the new update that once the cars start moving all the colour is like it's dropped to 16bit and it anything dark turns solid black with no detail?

Plus problems where the game doesn't save the fact you've painted your car?

Or is it just my phone being crap again? lol

Lvl 9 with a Veyron, but its costing too much to tune:(

my car before it was a 7.8sec Zonda that just ripped in third gear onwards::D


EDIT, And I just bought a teg too, level2

Hitting 8.05 in my level 9 Zonda over the quarter mile. Tend to win or come second 9/10 times in pro league so its a good earner.

Now trying to upgrade my venom so it can be competitive in level 10 pro league, expensive stuff.
 
My best 1/4 mile is 8.042s and my best 1/2 mile is 11.813s - both in my Zonda - happy with that :)

I'm one upgrade away from max on engine/nos/tyres - which would you recommend to beat the veyron boss in 1/4 mile? engine for a more sustained power increase? or nos for a bigger boost?

Always upgrade engine unless you're getting loads of wheelspin at the start, but even then probably engine. Nos isn't much of a boost.

Though your best time is better than mine in the same car so maybe you know something I don't.
 
I did upgrade the engine :) now my best times are... better :) lol
1/4 @ 7.941 and 1/2 @ 11.372 :D

Now I just need some tuning/gear ratio advice for the Zonda - got a cracking setup in the NR599GTO but can't seem to find the sweet spot in the Zonda :( can't seem to make it faster - only slower lol

Any help appreciated... :)
