I would like to know this also. Currently have £1m and 1500rp. Do I go for something like the Zonda or skip that level car alltogther? Currently at lvl 7 with my 599 maxed out.
 
I used to have this game installed and would like to get back into it but I can't see any option for recovering my username for the online battles. Anyone have any ideas or do I have to think of a new one:confused:

Skint, stage3 engine for my Veyron has just cleared me out:( and its no faster than before.

Tires are frighteningly priced too.
 
You think that's bad?

The level 3 upgrade for the air filter on the Venom GT:

80,000 credits (ok can handle that)
1000 rep :eek:

net gain? Around 15 BHP on a 1,300 BHP car. WORTH IT!

It's 400,000 for the level 2 upgrade to the engine!

First time round I went for the koenigsegg - nice and quick, nice looking car etc... this time round I went for the zonda - I prefered the koenigsegg lol

My phone's died on me today so I'll have to reflash the firmware etc and if my /data backup is corrupted (as I suspect it may be...) then third time round I'll skip that level completely and get the SSC Aero :)

and yes, the upgrades for the venom are ridiculous money/rp aren't they!!

Best way to deal with it is to do Bet and Race for the max amount of RP. Can easily rack up a 1000 RP in <20 races with my Koenigsegg.

I'm only at 11.88s with this car but it's enough to beat 90% of the races.

Stage5 turbo - $270000 + 1800rp

Stage4 tires - $216000 + 900rp

Stage5 engine - $360000 + 1800rp

expensive stuff.

I went 599nr > Koenigsegg > Aero > Venom, but REALLY wish I'd stayed with my Aero in lvl9 to accumulate more cash / rp before shelling out for the Venom.

I saved about $4m and 5k rp and found it wasnt remotely enough to be competitive with the venom in lvl 10 (and they arent at all competitive in lvl9 in comparison to the maxed out Aeros)

Damn, I just upgraded my Koenigsegg into level 9 and it's super hard going. Maxed out and can't win anything anymore :( I've got $3m and my trusty 599 to win in level 7, so should I go for the Aero to compete in level 9?
 
I went for the Veyron for level 9. It's the quickest you can get over 1/4 mile, which I prefer as it's quicker to earn $ and rp's.
 
I've found i've made the most money quickly by just investing in a venom asap then using driver races. I find i use better tactics than 90% of other drivers so win nearly everything. I then pump all my money/rep into the venom to increase its level to further improve my income. At least with driver battles you know you have a chance of winning every race, something that car battles don't guarantee, especially at level 10.

I'm level 10 now and haven't actually used the venom at all yet. Tubo maxxed out, engine on lvl 3, tyres on lvl 3, turbo on lvl 1 and air filter + weight on level 3.

Shouldn't be long before it's fully maxxed. Have 1000rp in the bank for my next engine upgrade, just have to save the credits which will take about 20 mins.

I love it when I come accross (ahem!) someone with a uersname like "2fast4u" or something... then you beat them by over half a second - quite satisfying :D

As I've started again now I've started racing the pro league too - christ the money's pouring in :D

Good things :) just moved up to lvl 2 (again) with the M3 - modding as we speak so hopefully will be able to win something tomorrow :)
