Why Norris?

Pushing too hard and causing the off, granted you would think it's because Piastri is up his tailpipe but you can keep a driver behind without taking risks

By doing so, the driver behind might start taking unnecessary risks leading to the team requesting that he step down

There was no way Lewis was keeping Piastri in the fastest car this weekend behind him even in wet conditions. The Mclaren drivers had way more confidence.

It had started raining and they were on slicks... they were leading the race so got there before anyone else. Hardly a racing issue.

Maybe Antonelli, verstappen did best? Norris was damn lucky at the end! Albon and Russell were solid too.

Ferrari was a weird choice to stay out again with everyone falling off track the lap before.

Not great from the other rookies. But it was crazy race.

Agreed should have been red flags. If someone was killed would be serious questions asked. And it could happen.

Yeh, he was definitely playing it safe and wanted to just finish today.

If he bins it, especially early on, he's lost a whole race worths of experience in the new car.

He no doubt wants as much time racing in the car as possible to get up to speed with it

Yeh Piastri flew up to him. Made up nearly 2 seconds just in the final lap.

The McLaren had insane pace today.
