Have you ordered with amazon before? this is my first time with a game and I'm not feeling hopeful. I may go out on Friday and purchase a copy from a store if amazon haven't delivered by then. Then take the sealed amazon copy back to the store.

No i havent, I was the guy who asked that very question a few pages back! I did some googling and found mixed views, but the positive posts I read were people who seemed more believable and a few said they had no problems and got it the day before.
 
Anyone got any news about the Tesco orders at £24.99? I really want this game on release but Tesco are saying "Status: Awaiting Despatch. Estimated despatch: Within 1 to 2 Weeks from 25 Feb 2010" at the moment and have done since I placed the order. Has anyone's actually been sent out yet? Also, I haven't received a confirmation email to say that I ordered it. I can see it in my order history, I just found it odd that there hasn't been an email yet.

Same as MW2 though - they are getting everything prepared and dispatched because of the huge volume of orders. Don't expect to see it til Thursday at the earliest. :D They probably told Royal Mail to hold it til then.

They used parcel force though and they were informed to hold them. I believe they are just using royal mail this time. I agree though it does seem unlikely

my spazamon order still says the 8th as the expect time of arrival.

Wow-ee. I can't believe it's only a few days away. Can't wait to see Marlowe & Co. back in action and the new maps on the multiplayer. From those graphics Zen posted a while back, they look awesome.
 
Yeah, I got that email too Agnes, on Friday, a mate of mine got one today saying they cancelled his order but not why – he was able to re-order it again though, but whether he’ll get it on time or not is another thing. He wasn’t best pleased as he put in a pre-order a couple of days after me!

Edit: Get in!!!! Order shipped :D
