Remember that the LE is just 6 unlocks for MP. All of which can be obtained through normal play and none of which will really have any effect on your enjoyment of MP. Think its about 10 hours MP play for that specific stuff.

Currently some retailers are saying there's a standard version and an LE. Word from Dice is that all current stock is LE. Guess we'll wait and see.
 
Will the VIP code be in all copies of the game? I'm kinda worried it's only going to be on LE editions. It would suck if those with non-LE post-release versions have to splash out another 15 quid for it.
 
Just so people are aware, they reduced the effectiveness of spotting; you can only spot two people or targets at a time, and they must stay in your sight. It'll mean slightly less spot assist points overall, but people who got the game early say it's still a highly effective action that'll turn the tide of battles.
 
A shop that isn't hot has got it for £34.49 delivered.

A review [or something I read] said that the initial batch will all be the LE and when that sells out it will become "normal". There will be no price difference!

Good way to get sales upfront, methinks!

Yeah I guess that is a good thing - I did used to mash the back button when I was on the mounted machine gun defending the first objectives... I'll miss it though! lol

Ninja Edit: That's good - I've not shopped with them before though and there isn't a guarantee you'd get it by release.
 
Not sure whether I should sell my copy of MW2 and get this instead. Looks brilliant, and the MP on MW2 is starting to annoy me. Anyone else jumping ship?

I sold my copy on an auction site for £32. Hardly any of my friends are though -which is a shame! Can't convert them!

i'll most likely be selling MW2 soon after my copy of this arrives :) MW2 just makes me angry :mad:
 
Has anyone pre-ordered from shopto before? I've clicked pre-order and then instantly got an email about it. But I can't see it in my account section. This normal?

i had to cancel and preorder again yesterday, got a late email saying my ****** card failed, and i preordered months ago!, if i dont get it on release im going to cry, preordered from play
