*** Official Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Thread ***

This version is much smoother than the demo too. Anyone else notice?

Played a few of the maps last night. They're fantastic. There's a great night one in the woods, snow all around. Really sneaky.
 
Got it this morning, installed and running great :)

anyone got a clan or just a group of people who are playing together, i have it stuck in my mind i would enjoy it allot more.

1st post of the thread has every ones psnIDs and Gamertags. What console you on? I'm just about to start up a game on the xbox!
 
I will be trading my heavy rain in now also i didnt know it was protected save so now its 100% got to go , and a new shooter on the way will be doing this tomorrow now though :(
 
Jesus H Christ. There are some bloody nobs on this game. Orange markers right under their noses and they still ignore them thinking they are team mates and end up dead a second later.
 
how come you can only have 3 letters for your clan tag? My team TonK is not impressed lol also cant do an OcUK tag either which is abit of a shame :(

worst thing i find is people in tanks driving away from you as you try to repair them, leaving you in the open to get picked off :mad:

Just noticed the leaderboards appear to have dissapeared? Anyone know the reasons for this? Wanted to check my stats whilst at work.

It seems to be having a funny half hour. I got chucked out of a game by a server disconnect and lost all my unlocks for the next game. Reconnected again and they were back. I notice also it's not recognising my veteran status either. I have played BC1 and BF1943!

or like most shooters this day and age have a multiplier on the winning team so you maybe get 1.5x your points if you complete all the objectives .
It certainly worked wonders on killzone 2 and on double point weekends (3.0x) the snipers soon dropped them to pull the shotgun out and assaults rifles .

I just don't see it fair that you get penalised for losing. I mean you could play out of your skin, and still lose because your team are a bunch of *****, it wouldn't be fair to then lose half your XP points because of your team.

As said winning team bonus of x1.5 would be fine.
 
Just completed the SP. Have to say for me it was one of the best SP I have played, beats MW2 SP and I enjoyed that a lot!
