Hardcore makes me want to slam my face against my keyboard many times, the amount of snipers is just sick, I have to resort to going sniper myself to try and get some kills back :/

Hardcore or not, snipers should be 2 shot kills to body, 1 shot in the head.

You talk as if 2.45 is bad?

Anything over 1.50 is good imo, unless all you do is sit at the back and do nothing to help your team

Gona change the game play later to conquest for the night, think rush should really only be 16 as sum1 pointed out earlier

Hate conquest too, normal rush imo is the best, if people wouldn't whore snipers on Hardcore then it would be brill, but 1 shot kills are far too appealing.

Is French's server normal rush?

anyone else think the assualt rifles suck? they seem to be inaccurate. lack stopping power and run out of ammo to quickly. countless times ive burstfired and fully sprayed into people to find they get the kill on me with a sub machine gun from range.

It changes when you get the FN-94(?) or the M16, they're godly

My god I got so ****ed off waiting for the game to work, I ended up drinking nearly a whole bottle of vodka by the time I came onto your server. :D
 
Hardcore mode is a joke. Normal rush mode is excellent I find now, the weapons are fairly balanced although they should have included them all in the BETA as the M60 is a little bit too good.

Thats in my documents BFBC 2 folder and game settings.ini file, playing it doesnt seem to always add to history, but adding that line of text to the ini file works. ( TFu server and OcUK server)

I agree with this on both points.

Hardcore mode is ****ty with the amount of snipers and I think generally it degrades the amount of teamwork going on, which makes it ultimately a fail.

The M60 is by far the best weapon in the game, it rapes everything at long, medium or close range, you can mow down just about anyone, give the LMG specialisation and then basically you're a killing machine

There's a few guns in the game which can be considered "level" such as assault rifles, FN-94, XM8 and M16 are all brilliant
Sniper rifles M24 and GOL
SMG's the AKS and the UMP
But with the LMG's the M60 is the only good one, the rest fail in comparison totally, there is no reason to use another LMG if you have the M60 unlocked.
 
Damn this game is frustratingly crap.

So far every server Ive been on, mostly Rush I will admit is a sniper fest.
It so bloody boring!

Played one good conquest game though, no snipers strangly, that was fun.
 
finally managed to get into a game AND............ my fps is 13-20fps.WTH?

Same settings I used in sp and I get a solid 60-80fps in sp.

What gives?
