Yep, it says if the game hasn't been released yet you are able to cancel, so I sent them a support ticket.

I'll explain what I did.

I pre-ordered my game from EA
Downloaded the leaked .ISO file which is floating around
Grabbed my CD-Key which you can see above
Installed a new copy (Yeah lost my single player )
Chose online activation
Badabing, play on-line <3

Because if you do it via download manager it doesn't let you install it yet, so you use the leaked disk online to install
