Have you got a kettle BBQ?
Yeah got a kettle, might invest in a vortex then.
Have you got a kettle BBQ?
another question does anyone else like there burgers borderline cooked in the middle ?
Not really. I think burgers benefit from being cooked to medium, and unless you ground the meat yourself it's quite a health risk.

Whats the wider view?
It is, I ordered from them directly as they had stock where others did not.Looks like the official BGE table. Very nice.
It needs to be assembled but that is fairly simple, even for a thug with a hammer like me. Annoyingly they do not provide a spanner of the size needed for the BGE itself, but they do provide what you need for the table. It is presently 3-4 week delivery and arrives on a big pallet. You will need help to unload if a large or bigger size as they are proper hefty. My delivery driver was on day 1 and he was not helpful at all. I nearly told him to take it away purely because he was being an arse. He got told and complied eventually, but jobs worth at first until I helped him understand "how things were going to go".Homemade or assembled? If the latter where from?
Indeed, now sitting in a patio area ready for some work this weekend all being well.Edit: oh you wheel it outside then
I didn't even think about sous viding them! Personally if it's bought mince then they get cooked to well done. If it's mince I've made fresh then I feel more comfortable with a pinker middle.I tend to be lazy with my burgers now and sous vide them before to about 50c before a quick sear, means I don't have to worry about over or under cooking them. And can focus on other bits!

I typically use chuck coarse minced. I know some online chefs sometime include short rib in the mix. I wouldn't claim to be a burger oracle though
