I don't think achievements are going to be reset as that's Microsoft's job and they won't do that. But you will go back to level 1 etc and lose all your guns. I know the article goes on about achievements but the official twitter post doesn't mention anything about them

I'd of thought by achievements they mean the little challenges they put in MP such as kill X with a knife or kill someone while blinded by a flashbang.

Just checked the parcelForce website and it now states this:-

Parcel tracks

Date 05-11-2009

Time 14:19

Location National Hub

Tracking Event Sorted in hub

Any ideas what this means guys?

You do realise your never going to be able to play this online for the first couple of days?

Servers are gonna collapse! Remember xmas just after COD4 came out, Live was down for almost a week due to volume of traffic, I can see the same thing happening here.

CRAP!!!!!!!! I'm on 12hr days tomorrow, the wife isn't home till almost 4pm.
Gonna have to ask next door to keep an eye out.
If they try to deliver tomorrow and fail, will they try again on Saturday?

I don't think parcel force delivery on Saturdays? (Unless the supply has paid premium).

Also it might not come till Monday as some companies have told Parcel force to wait off till Monday

I'm going to bet that trying to play on Live/PSN come midnight monday the online side of the game will break or be as ropey as hell. I'm pretty sure COD4 boke a few times on release day and a few days after, even though there was a lengthy beta.

So, SP for the first couple of days then?

Yep exactly and when Waw was ropey for a few days people cried that it wouldn't happen if it wasn't a treyarch game. It was about a month that the Cod 4 servers were **** on and off.

It's the only way I can see me playing the SP if the servers are battered.

What are the chances of any of the big supermarkets doing a 24 hour cut price on release day? I canceled my pre-order because of the strikes so holding out for that.
