*** Official Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Thread ***

To all the haters of playing domination without the objective just had this little beast of a game using just intervention, predator harrier pavelow. They started getting wise after the 3rd set of killstreaks and i think the whole team had stingers at the ready :(

Whether its capture the flag or domination I dont see a problem with camping/protecting the flag. Its a tactic at the end of the day to win the game. If you camped somewhere that was not near the objective then that would be camping but not at an objective.

I always get hurled abuse when I take a flag and protect it. What do they expect you to do? Just grab it and leave it for the other team to capture? If you want the flag take it off me by force not moaning in the lobby :p

Really looking forward to the new maps. Glad hacked box got it first so they can iron out the glitches so we get a better experience from the off. Very nice of them to be the ps3's beta testers for us :D (And they paid for it :p)
 
You hit the nail on the head tbh. I'm never away from flags for long on domination but when im sniping its always protecting one.

Gotta say my favourite spot out of any map has to be the slope down from the cave entrance towards A flag on Afghan. Sit half way up there with a sniper and kill people as they run through the bunker or from infront of the plane. Also get collaterals quite often there.
 
I think I've overdone it on cod past few days went from level 51 6th prestige to 37 on 7th , woke for work at 9am this morning after falling asleep at 4am lol my eyes are killing me and got headache :(


Will be on when I get home at 6 tho lol

Im only on my 3rd prestige L60 but I can imagine I would do quite the same if it was double xp. Getting those extra custom slots makes a big difference.

How much longer is the double xp on for? I am hoping they do the same for the ps3 version :D

They said just for the weekend but in previous attempts its lasted longer. Fingers crossed. Im on my 8th prestige and have 9 custom class slots. I get confused what to put on because I only ever use a couple of guns
 
Has anyone jumped onto the car from the building on crash yet? I did it twice and the car explodes when you jump on it. Its where you spawn on S&D at the beginning :(

Haha must have been. I was gutted. All my team had died and it was 6 v 1. managed to snipe/pistol 5 of them. called in my predator missile but he was indoors so i jumped down and the car blew up. i go into the lobby to everyone laffing at me :(
 
I kept missing with my predator on bailout , then I realised where they all run on search if they spawn near the pool side and your in the other side , they all run to A in the building , but if you have predator there are little windows above A , get your predator through there and it's jackpot lol

On killcam some guy was shooting across the whole ****ing map at someone else and his stray bullets (with fmj) hit the barrel through the warehouse and blew it up.

LOL well last night I was playing Dom on rundown holding flag c with nuke on managed to get the nuke had a 28 for 0 kill streak came out of chopper gunner and flicked the nuke as the end of match hit - score limit reached ///gutted///

I had a brilliant game the other week where I was the only one left on S&D and I had a total silence build on. They started to hunt me down despite them going for the bomb sites. I managed to kill five of the six then he planted. I killed him and missed defusing by less than a second. Would have been amazing but I failed :(
 
God I'm sick of being teamed up with complete morons, 3 games in a row have all ended with a nuke in the first 3 minutes because my team can only get 1 kill for every 20 deaths :rolleyes:
 
I finally bought the stimulus pack and i'm really enjoying the new maps!Have just being playing them since I got them.Much better than the ones you got with the game.
