*** Official Dota 2 Thread ***

I love this game, but it is ruined by Russians who 1. Don't communicate at all or 2. Just generally suck.

They have their own servers so why do they have to come on the EU servers, it's really annoying.

Every game I had yesterday was ruined by 2-3 Russians on the team who didn't work as part of the team.

Yeah unfortunately the interest seems limited in the thread and the main people we would get together are regulars.

Even if we can't get 10 we could at least get some people off reddit/teamliquid chat who need help/are willing too.

If you haven't added me on steam yet, do between now and saturday and I'll see what numbers we can come up with.

So far it'd be me+clearly+josh(I think he'll play) and you two guys.

I'll add you when I get home tonight but won't be able to play until next week. Looking forward to a few games though

Pretty much, usually they are either pretty damn good, or most of the time they suck and ruin the game (be it through play/insulting people/not listening), honestly wish their IPs were banned from our servers, an absolute chore playing with them nobs.

I was sure I changed that -_-, will try now.

EDIT: sure you're looking at right group? Few people have joined and I've invited no one

I'll join, can help captain a team too if needs be. As said though, I'm not up for teaching the basics. The mechanics of how to play should be learnt in bot games.

Indeed, people should also have read some of the stuff linked in the OP or at least found their own material. Showing up having never played/read about the game at all will be very hard to make it enjoyable for everyone.

Anyone interested in tonight around 22:00 GMT?
