Buy a spare mouse with only 2 buttons and no mouse wheel, eliminates your need to use the middle finger!
Going to give this 90 degree ergonomic thing we've got at work a go

I had a game with sventura off here and his mates last night. Came up against a team with a name, badge and blinking flags like pros
So we proceeded to completely smash their pasty (that phrase is for you musty) and had them call GG and FF after about 21 minutes. Destroyed them in every single team fight, went 10/0 as Viper

i played a blinding silencer game the other night i'll have you know! Just ask atlas, he practically wanted my body after that game. Interesting, i hadn't even heard about this yet. Are you making some sort of 4 laned map?

I was thinking you could press buttons with your other hand, using the index finger (can't imagine you'd need to press too many buttons at once).
