*** Official Dota 2 Thread ***

Does anyone mind if we do casual trading in this thread? I'd really like some Lina stuff (apart from the shoulder banner / cloth thing) and would be prepared to trade for it (my stuff) If you'd rather I didn't turn this into pimp my hero I won't do it again.
 
I'd be interested in your Lich ward, I'm not too sure on the value of it or the Lina stuff but you can have a look at my bp anyways

Also don't see an issue in the thread being used for trading as long as it isn't spammed the entire time :p
 
Join the ocuk Dota chat channel. If I had more time i would take an active roll in putting 5 man teams together their. I do ask from time to time if i have a spot open but the channel is fairly empty the majority of the time.
 
I'd trade the Lich ward for Lina headress you're not using, i too am not sure of the worth but I think it's one of the better wards like the hellfire one. You have a lot of nice stuff btw.

Rosh is apparently worth $2500, considering there are less than 100 it isn't too surprising.

I wouldn't sell by the way, doubt they will drop in value and if they do it'll rise again like buds in TF2

Turbo edit: DONT sell the hook - they recently made it immortal and it's price is only going higher. A lot of mid-tier traders are pretty upset as it's apparently being used as a buds currency in the big fish trade circles (for items like purdy's unusual drodo - All i can see when I saw that purdy was this video) which means it will pretty much only get more exclusive and as 1/3 matches currently has a pudge it will always be in demand.

I agree, there were only one or two posts regarding actually trading, I don't see a problem in general talking about items values etc

I barely got anything at xmas but I got ~ 2 pages at diretide because I ran a horrifically unfair comp all the time. I imagine the next one will be at xmas. I'm also level 34ish so that means at least 34 items + approx 1-1.8 item in between levels. Ewaf, I'll give you a cheap greevil if you want as I said above.

I'm licking my wounds after getting absolutely done a few times last night including getting backdoored by a sodding lifestealer (my team didn't go back to kill him and we threw it away). Friends don't let friends push into the enemy base without TPs if you've already lost a lot of your own base :( I did the only natural thing to do next though, lifestealer armlet into basher. I can not explain how much I hate it when the enemy does this to me so doing it to other people makes me smile ear to ear.

Other flavour of the week methods I am particularly loving - Lina / Centaur - double stun and double nuke, nyx support and Phantom kotl.
