No idea why navi didnt get back to base much sooner when they saw furion and ck there, seems like they threw that. but fair play to alliance they weren't going to win fighting

Their timing was fine, they stood ontop of each other for TP and got dream coiled, massive throw really, nice of S4 to be alert, was a bit **** otherwise on Puck.

Puppey is total boss

Those scenes when Alliance won were class, must be some feeling.

Na'Vi really ought to have won but they arguably got to the final on a mistake.

Hopefully they make it 4/4 finals next year and 2/4 wins, ridiculous consistency when people start writing them off after shakey starts :D

Hadn't even played Dota 2 before last week, never watched any before this weekend!

Watched what I could last night. Saw the first two matches and part of the third, enough to see it wouldn't be an Alliance steamroll.

Then had to go to bed....damn work, damn NA time zones....

Watching it really worked for a newbie. The analysis of the picks at the start helped spell out hero strengths, weaknesses and strategies that you could then try and see working during the game. They seemed to be good casters.

Fell asleep after the 2nd game. Gonna watch the replays but already seen the celebrations of alliance at the end!

Not bad for alliance a nice $287,440.8 each although I'm sure sponsors and management will take their cut!

Surely sponsors don't have a cut of winnings? I mean they get advertising out of it don't they?

Nah I wouldn't have thought sponsors got any money.

Isn't the point that the sponsors give you money/gear, to wear their logo to advertise their business? Wouldn't really be a sponsor if they took a cut, too.

Managers, yeah, they would get some. And I imagine a cut has to go back into the team to fund future e-sports competitions, travel costs, hotel costs etc.

I'd say each player would probably take 75% of their winnings, the rest going elsewhere.

Been sat waiting for a game for over 20 minutes. Notice I have my first abandon as well but not sure how that happened. I only leave if it says it's safe to and that's only if 2 or more leave before me.

Am I now at the bottle of the barrel for matchmaking now?
