SO. GOOD.

Carried a jungling Ursa and a greedy Lina and we absolutely rolled.

Using a Mek/Arcane boots and his skills, kept everyone alive and got an assist for almost every kill in the game :D Great character!
 
I thought the idea with match making is to keep you as close to 50/50 as possible.

Guessing it sees you as winning too much and puts you up a bracket.

Wish they would at least make it competitive though.

I don't mind losing games as long as they are close games with a chance of winning.

When I am put into these "special" games, it doesn't matter what I do or how well I play, it's a steamroll. That's no fun for anyone.

Yeah man, I have only played him once but I'm gonna give him a good run as I really enjoyed playing him.
 
Definitely feel like the match making tries to keep you at 50/50.

It's amazing how even just one Russian random can ruin a whole game for everyone.

Valve, let me black list Russians!!!
 
I know they aren't the champions...but can't help but feel that Na'Vi have bags more personality (Dendi alone!) and would have made a much more interesting watch.

Na'Vi should make a documentary then :p

I imagine there will be a lot of Na'Vi in the Free 2 Play documentary whenever that will be released.
 
Does anyone have any idea if they will ever add Ranked ladder play similar to LoL or SC2?

It would certainly make the game more appealing to me as I love progression and climbing my way up the ranks.

I heard there is a ladder system or something for premade 5v5 teams, but nothing for solo/duo queue etc.
 
Not really, this is the biggest I've ever seen, and they usually just copy changes from Dota1 patch notes, they skipped that this time. Maybe they are trying to move away from dota1?
 
* Ranged Heroes now get the same denied experience as melee heroes (instead of less)
* XP AoE increased from 1200 to 1300
* Non-Ancient Neutrals now split XP with all heroes in the AoE instead of just the team that killed them


WHHHHHHHHHHHHAT :o

- Killing Observer Wards now grants a 50 gold bounty

Sentry Ward
- No longer gives permanent vision around it
- Gives ground vision in a 150 area around it for 12 seconds when placed
 
Some of these I'm not sure I understand.

But these look like really big game changes. I will just go with the crowd and have the same opinion as them lol.
 
I freaking love the Broodmother one.

I think it kinda proves how much the Dota2 dev team read reddit, because it was one of the ideas that came up in a really recent thread about what people would do to change heroes to make them more played.
