Now that was more like it. Bethesda is my favourite one so far, much like last year's E3. That large Dishonoured segment with tons of gameplay made it for me. I don't like the way he implied that the Collector's Edition will have shortages of stock though...
Quake was okay, not my jam. But I do like how it sounds to be very well optimised, no wonder it's PC only. I wonder how well it'll run on an RX 480? I was expecting a rocket jump in that trailer though, so that was a tad disappointing. It sounds kinda Overwatch-like with different 'heroes'. I wonder what Quake fans think of that? Do they like it or hate it?
I was suprised at how vocal those few ESO fans were... I think it's just one person being very loud lol. I also didn't know it sold well on consoles... is it cos they don't get MMOs on consoles or something?
Prey looks to be my favourite of the new reveals, much like Dishonoured 2 last year. I bet next year it'll be the equivalent of Dishnoured 2 this year, with a 2017 release date and a ton of gameplay shown.
Skyrim Remastered is pointless IMO, we've all played it to death already and they already had the Legendary Edition. I did hear somewhere that people who already have the Legendary Edition will get the Remaster for free though (at least on PC/Steam). If it looks better than vanila Skyrim... I might give it a go.
Some DLC for Fallout... still no 'Legendary Edition' ala Skyrim... but it's too early for something like that.
Of course, I am very excited for Dishonoured 2, the best bit of the E3 so far for me. I loved playing the first game and played it multiple times, there could be even more replayability if Corvo and Emily play different, with some abilities unique to each character.
I watched the whole thing on Youtube, since the actual live show was at 3am, not 2am GMT. Why on earth do they have the wrong times all over the place? It's summer so it's an hour later. Unfortunately I'm working today, and won't be able to watch the other ones live. I have the day off tomorrow, so I'll be watching them all. I might be able to catch Sony at 2am tonight if I can wake up. Also, why doe the E3 countdown have Nintendo on there? I thought they didn't have anything to show at E3?
