Each to their own - he's just not quick enough off the mark for my likings!
Best striker I've used is 86-rated Smolarek - just never seems to miss for me!
*edit* literally just had a shot from inside the 6-yard box with Haaland - granted from a tight angle - but it went out for a throw-in!
Oh, and has anyone ever scored when the commentator has uttered the immortal phrase, "Surely he can't miss!"

Beats Haaland was rubbish for me, missed loads of chances and didn't feel like 94 pace. Someone like Evo Morata was miles more clinical for me despite mid stats.
Currently at a bit of a loss as to what to put high rated fodder into, the only SBCs I want are super expensive (Dalglish/Mbappe/Zidane/Eusebio/Gullit etc) so I'm not going to start those, I'm having to do rubbish stuff like Sinclair now.

I really wish we could swear on this forum because this game is quite annoying.
Finished the Zidane SBC, he's decent.
The 83x10 seem to have been nerfed. The first few days i was getting a lot of higher rated cards but since xmas eve i've mostly just got the advertised 83x10 with the main card being an 84.
With the TOTW requirement it ends up using a lot of fodder.

Trying to grind POTM Mbappe 93 has yielded some insane pack luck. Packed WW Putellas from a 10 coin store pack and an WW Eder Militao from a 85+ PP.
WW Putellas is so good, it's made me realise the difference between average players and the million+ players!

I'm convinced it's to get us invested in the big SBCs, Zidane/Mbappe/Eusebio etc so that we continue playing/grinding the menus to get them finished!
Wouldn't mind trying putellas. Out of curiosity have you managed to get the fodder for Mbappe through just pack luck or having to put points in? I did the Zidane SBC which i think is about half of the Mbappe one and it wiped out my club somewhat.
