*** Official Elder Scrolls MMO Thread ***

So I bought the Imperial Edition however it arrived just a bit damaged...

The mace has snapped off from the statue, there is damage to the box and the art book is not sealed (which I wanted to keep sealed). This is very annoying because I intended to keep everything in brand new condition but this is simply unacceptable in its current state.

Now I cannot even play the game even after waiting for this to be delivered as I will have to return it so opening the steelbook is not an option.

I'm approaching 25. I've played over 3 days according to /played but I'm taking it slow, doing absolutely everything I can in the zone before leaving except in bugged quest circumstances (I'm looking at you Ghosts of Westtry).

I love it. I'm in no rush to get to the end but I can't wait to see what the devs have in store for us :)

Well with my wife being on early maternity before the baby comes, she has been spending more 1 on 1 time with our son and that has given me loads of time to play.

Maxed out provisioning and alchemy and around 20 for the others.

Running a bosmer nightblade with bow and 2h, loving the play style. Very high single target DPS and groups are possible, just require more prep.

The only zones I've not 100% completed are ban'kori and coldharbour, but that's down to 1 bugged quest and the public exploiting a respawn bug.

Yep it's odd as it's never been an issue and my wireless was very good otherwise @ 144mbps connection to the router. For whatever reason ESO seemed to pick up on the small packet loss. Anyway problem solved now but just thought it would be useful for those with lag/Unknown error disconnects.
 
So how are you all finding PvP whilst in your teens? I've not even chosen a campaign yet, let alone been to Cyrodil as I have been having plenty of fun completing quests and crafting. Is it still viable to do well in PvP at around lvl12 or should I wait a while longer?

The completionist side to me doesn't want to move on from Glenubra until I hae done everything there is to do there so I might finish up before I enter Cyrodil.
 
OK I found something I don't like.

Why do they keep bringing down the servers prime time EU!!?? Grrrr.

Anyway, at least they are fixing and sorting things.

Wtf again...When is it going down? Or has it already? Any eta on when it's back up? I'm not back from work until around 7 so I'm hoping it's already down and will be back up by then.

*Sigh*
 
We are bringing down the European megaserver at 3:30 PM BST for maintenance. We are pushing a small patch, and expect the maintenance to last several hours. The North American megaserver will undergo the same maintenance once the European megaserver is re-opened. We will provide patch notes shortly.

Ah well, guess they are learning and doing the EU one slightly earlier this time. Still annoying since I was hoping to slope off early and feed my ESO addiction ;)
 
The patch we're pushing out right now was planned for tomorrow, but it was ready today and will fix some of the issues people have been running into while playing. We understand that the time is not ideal for some, but we felt it was critical to get the fixes out now before it gets much later in Europe.

damn that sucks valkynaz :( yeah DPD would usually be my "go to" deliverers :\

and regarding the lag I'm on wires xD but might be worth checking anyways (and I'm going to check wifi anyway as seems a bit meh lately for speeds. got dual band N upto 900Mbps connection, 73 meg internet, laptop and phone only see about 20Mb when testing :\ )
