Looks like the first beta ENB (not just ENBoost) is out for F4 now:

Good news, having to play last night with junk weight on again, I was quickly reminded why I installed the mod in the first place.
This one: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2481/?
NMM doesn't need to be running in the background but you need to install the mod through it prior to running the game.
Indeed I don't understand why a lot of people seem to want to mod so much of the gameplay out... (of course everyone has a right to play the game they want to, but) getting rid of the carry weight, the lockpicking and hacking minigames, using cheats to give themselves 1000s of every junk item and ammo etc....
What exactly of the game is left once you do that? There certainly aren't much in the way of RPG elements so if you take away your incentive to loot things for crafting etc. that leaves shooting, shooting, shooting (which frankly even the vanilla game won't let you stop doing for more than a few seconds as it is!)

To have the game read loose files you need to change a line in the Fallout4.ini
(You don't need to do this step if you already done so with another animation mod)
- Located here:
...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
- Find this line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
- Change it, as it looks below.
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\, VIDEO\
UPDATE :
Apparently doing this
1.
Causes long load times, so I'm going to try with just sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
You will need to add the following lines to the Fallout4Prefs.ini file below the section marked [Launcher]:
bEnableFileSelection=1
You will need to add the following line in Fallout4Custom.ini:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Saw this mod yesterday and thought I post it here incase you missed it, since some of you like Visual mods. Once G.E.C.K is around I think it be even better, since the mod author then could make it so the seasons changes automatically. Now you got to change them manually, well, for now Fall and Winter Seasons at least, he still working out a few textures on the Spring and Summer Seasons. But might be worth tracking this mod if nothing else, think I wait until G.E.C.K is out and he can make some suggested changes from the Comments to make the mod even better then.

Doing so will only allow the game to read files in the Strings folder though. Your best bet is to do this:
You mean to say that vanilla fallout 4 does not come with changing seasons in game ?
