Odd, been playing for an hour, just to go first town. All settings to Ultra except Shadows which are medium.

Getting a fixed 60 fps on a i7, 16 gig ram and a GF970m with 3 gig mem on it. Runs lovely.

Enjoying it so far, no movement and action lag any more, great colour pallet, everything looks pretty good. (Just started playing Skyrim again this week and this certainly looks better)

Chat choices are limited to a degree but I am enjoying it so far.

Btw, change the steam offical download servers to New York or another nation outside of the EU for much faster download speeds if your preload keeps dropping out.

For London I kept bombing every few seconds down to nothing - New York I get 8mb/s (not full speed, but much better).

This worked for me.

I've left the vault and everything is still smooth, everything maxed minus motion blur and it's a sold 60FPS. No drops during the first large bit of combat either.

Japan says 8hrs from now, Korea 22 hours from now. I gave up after those 2.

Spotflux worked though it did drop during the unpacking which will look dodgy at steams end!

Done now though

so i have gone offline and disconnected the vpn, and diabled my internet on pc anyways

What are VPNs meant to be used for then? Obviously the act of using one is allowed for something?
