I am the same as you, Despatched on Sat and no tracking yet, A Game rep on the Fallout club said they were going by Dpd. Fingers crossed for a email in the morning.
pre-loaded at the weekend and tried to do the aus vpn trick - didn't work and said I need to work until it's released
made the mistake of deleting the files / clearing steam cache, restart and trying again - dl is now super slow. don't think i'll get on for midnight

On an unrelated note...am I the only one who has to log onto game twice.
I enter my username and password, do that picture capture thing...then have to do it again.

I think it will forever be locket at 60FPS anyway, like most Bethesda games.

I got the same email saying that it had been dispatched by 1st class post. Not sure if that was for the bobble head or the actual pipboy? No money has been debited on my card yet. I am thinking game have cocked this up and I won't get it until the weekend if at all.
The gameplay is spot on in terms of gunplay and overall exploration. The problem I am having is the forced story at the start seems to have no relation to the rest of it...
Also, anyone who doesn't think the game looks good is dreaming!
OK, so you start off married with a kid and the kid goes missing. I absolutely hate it as the start of a game, especially a supposed rpg, but I have made peace with it. That is the story, fair enough. But then it drops you in the world and it is like a different game. You can be a total badass joining different factions etc, killing raiders and mutants. THAT should be the game, not some find your kid nonsense. The game would be a thousand times better if it just started with you waking up in a vault. Explore the new world.
I was really hoping Bethesda would learn from the New Vegas approach, where the story was basically just go out and become a badass... And then you gradually unravel the plot as you go. Maybe that is what it will become, but I am not a fan of the backstory of our character at all so far and I think it is a hindrance.

Are you overclocking? Those may be 'safe mode' speeds if your overclock is unstable.
Fix is to restart pc, or disable and then re-enable the gfx card in device manager.
No I'm not bud....although I'm downloading the new NVidia drivers now, to see if that changes things.
Had an issue with the game being quiet over clock sensitive even mild ones which works fine on all other titles, once I removed that not had an issue.

I dunno if its people downloading this game, but steam has gone mega slow for me. I cant download faster than 60kbs

its a bit hit and miss fps wise on a AMD 390 (i5 2500k at @4.5), my game runs fine on 144 hz though, caps it at 144 on main menu. 80 ish fps but just dropped to 35 in one setting..
But tbh its ye old buggy bathesda mess at the start

change downlaod server to united arab emerates (or whatever u want)
Solid 4.4MBps for me (max I can get on my 40Mbps line)
