I return every few months or so and enjoy it. Maybe now is a good time.

I made an alt. I like the no food or disease but I went meele, powerful but tedious at low levels.

There is a lot of new content added over the last 6 months so it's worth getting back in even just for the solo questing stuff and the new ghoul content. Perks have changed quite a bit and you can make some great builds now.
 
Went from 145 to 153 on the score rank today. Mananged most of yesterdays and last weeks quest before the reset, then did todays and this weeks.

So new season starts June 3rd...

Stock up on the fishing rods, I already have a fishing camp built lol.

Deffo, hardly did any Caravans and really don't intend to start.

I'll be honest the thought of fishing makes me cold too, hopefully it works well and I don't get bored in 5 minutes.
