Cesar is better - you will see the difference as soon as he kicks the ball.

different keepers are better at different things though, i think Buffon may be better at saving free kicks/penalties, but for open play Cesar is better.

Take Gomes for example he is 83 rated. Now look at Van Der Sar also 83 rated. Both of them are not rare. Yet Van Der Sar is 10 times the keeper.

Gomes for example will save a lot of shots, but he wont hold onto the ball, meaning you get countless number of corner's and rebounds/tap ins against you. So he's basically a liability waiting to happen. On the other hand, Van Der Sar is good at every aspect of goalkeeping.

But if you look at the price difference between Buffon and Cesar, Cesar is 3 times the price of Buffon, so on a budget Buffon is the much better choice to make, since theres not much in it between the two.

Which from my experience with him translates into a player that doesn't want to get stuck into a tackle and is often missing from his position.

This theory would porbably go out the window if I checked santon/de ceglies stats....:p

Tbh I played someone on here over two games and Cesar was a joke, just parried everything and his positioning looked awful so I stuck with Buffon. Buffon only gone bad last few games
 
Selling Rooney again, he has done nothing at all in 6 games aside from be outshone by Bent who is 200 x cheaper!! :D

Back up to 510K now, what to try next! :D Keeping my Serie A team for now, loving the Bundeslig too, but Klose/Gomez don't feel enar nippy enough, thinking about some mixed 100 Chem team in 4-3-1-2 with Ribery & Robben, any ideas? :)

Just played some lad with 6 up front, awful game, he just got lucky with his 4 defenders lost 3-1 sent him a message and blocked him, next ranked match IT was him, only noticed 20 mins into the game, beat him 3-1 Darren Fletcher got a hat trick.

telling you this would give away coin making secrets, if everybody started buying the cards i buy, then i can no longer buy them, therefore i can no longer make coins.

so i suggest you try and find something which works for you.

or you could use a free team? only buy non shiny gold players for 300 coins with minimum of 1 contract, use them until their contract has run up then discard them for 300 coins.

meaning you have to use crap players, but your essentially getting free players/contracts.
 
used sagna in a few matches, he is okay, but he is too small.

at 5'9 he was out jumped at a cross and easy goal for other team, i still won the game but in ultimate team and fifa height = strength and aerial prowess regardless of stats.

santon is only rated 77 but is 6 foot tall, he has 85 pace and therefore with pace and height he is unbeatable. ibrahimovic is only rated like 80 for headers, yet is a beast due to his height. the stats in this game dont tell the whole truth.

so im going to look at johnson and bosingwa, whoever is taller will be my right back. also going to do the same for LB, someone insanely fast but tall. then ill edit a custom formation to ensure my right back and left back stay in position and change it before the match starts or as soon as it begins.

still trying to perfect my teams

Serie A: cant choose between lavezzi or menez as my CAM (right side), need Cesar for GK and going to go for Ibrahimovic for Cavani, see if he is any good.

EPL: cant decide on RB and LB, rest of team is best i will ever get unless i find drogba/torres in a pack.
 
Even so Ibra is very tall you can tell he is low for headers, misses far to many easy ones. Shame really as him + Lavezzi / Eto'o is an ideal partnership, has everything apart from the heading ability.

Community spirit alive and well here, he doesn't even play on the PS3 like you and the 49 others who do! Just help someone out, if you have anything that can help him out, just throw the guy a trust message, not this "I know but I won't tell you" BS.

Very true, over 3 matches last night Ibra scored a header, but also butted the keeper and headed the post (diving) :D

Plus I don't think there are any cards you can get for cheap out there, everyone knows how much everything is worth nowadays.
