*** Official FIFA 11 Thread ***

I tempted with the TOTY Lopez - which one did you pick up in the end Andybtsn? Theres a few IF issues of Lopez (86,87 and 88?). Also which Nene did you get? IIRC the original IF release was a bit dud when he got an uprated NIF...

Think I need to try the bugger - ignored him before as hes only 5ft 9, but looking at his TOTY stats hes not far off TOTY Aguero/Tevez but has great heading stats - something I know UP Aguero is lacking badly. Its a toss up between him or TOTY Pato, though its hard not to just plump for Torres and save a load of money - I dont really have the cash to try players that often...

yeah shockin, he is small, yet wins so many headers. Damn, tempted to make a ligue 1 side again.
 
Ligue 1, EPL, anything else to put in the pot for ideas? I LOVE Di Natale, love Sanchez, Eto'o, Cambiasso & Chiellini, but things just don't seem "strong" :(

Why not give Torres a try while you're gathering coins for TOTY Pato or Lopez, he's easy enough to sell on... unless of course you already have the coins for the others.

Pato looks a beast, he'd be my choice over the 3, how tall is he?
 
5ft 10 IIRC - not sure what to fix first, getting rid of CAM Lavezzi and replacing him or my ST issues (which admittedly is probably more my skill than anything). Just annoyed that Milito isnt doing aswell for me as he was...

Think I need a small break from UT and come back to it and the team - Lavezzi issue is definitely there though (anyone used him as ST before?)

Then I take it back... go Lopez :D

I had a break from it and it did the job, albeit a forced break, but I'm enjoying it much more now. I did go through a period of not finding a team or formation I liked so I went back to 4222 and tried La Liga and that helped. Now it's 41212 in EPL I'm enjoying it as well. Although talk of Ligue 1 today is making me want to change again :p

I got the LM Nene, not the AMC one

Think I will, though I might get the cheaper IFs first to try him out - really want to get off the idea of contaminating my team with non Brargies so hoping I can find a nice ST mix. Love the idea of Drogba/Torres but perhaps in a future EPL team...
