in other news, TOTY VDV & TOTY Parker out, now need a good CDM & CAM/CF, ideally EPL, might also swap out A Cole & Evra they go further forwards than Danny & Young! :( 350K to spend, could get TOTY Nasri & bun Essien in CDM.. hmmm

As for players, you're basically looking for 11-14 players under 1k who are Brazilian, that should be fairly simple to search for :)

i normally go for 22 players and rotate 2 teams of 11 players (helps for fitness).

i also when starting out went for players which are gold (non shiny) and 300 coins, when their contracts ran out, i discarded them (for 300 coins) and then bought them again (equals free contracts basically).

after doing that for a while, you end up with a lot of coins (because your not losing any) and can then replace 1 player at a time, until you have a decent team.

Brazil has 2 weak spots, no decent RB's or LB's which can be found for 300 coins, so you may have to go for silver or bronze or rwb or lwb instead. or non brazilian LB and RB's.

With custom tactics just goto usual options (in fifa main menu) team management, choose a team, make the default formation to 4-3-1-2 etc.. customise it any way you want, save as custom formation, load match, player use defauly 4-3-1-2 to start so get their chemistry from that, as soon as you get the ball, pause > formations > apply the custom one you made, sorted :)
 
Hmm, are there really any EPL CDM's out there that are better all rounders than Essien (Maybe IF Yaya)?

Tempted to grab TOTY Van Der Sar or IF Pepe Reina and get a new CAM, leaving Essien at CDM.

I always played 3 at the back with them, so that's an easy way around that!

With Lucas and Ramires as cheap CDMs, you don't have to ever worry about being caught short.
 
352 was my prefered brazillian formation.

hernanaes ze roberto/gilberto (he may be slow but he doesnt let anyone past him and wins headers a lot for goal kicks)

fabiano nilmar( he is perfect on LS as he has finnesse shot train so cut in and bam)

but normal brazil is pretty much fail, unless your starting out.

also i dont think ive ever lost to a team with 3 at the back, its a fail formation.

what? he has the best finesse shots in the game that i have used, if not the best.

one of the tactics was if i saw him free outside the box, pass and finesse shot, ive scored from like 30 yards with finesse shooting with him on several occasions, usually when he score i stop and watch all the replays because they are that awesome, they aren't powerful, they are well placed and loop over the keeper into the top corner.

he also has the best free kick for the edge of the box or just outside the box.

what he lacks in pace and strength, he makes up for with passing and shooting.

IF hernanes is 10 times slower than IF Ramires and IF Ramires offers better defending and strength.

Hernanes has 1 asses passing, which IF Ramires does pretty well.

IF Nene is good but i rate IF Diego better for what i use him for, free kicks, passing and finesse shots. also IF Hulk is an RW is he not?

3 at the back is fail, i dont see how anybody could disagree with that.

if anybody on ps3 wants to play me, they can, last guy i played on here was Robert, he has a much better team now so i would happily rematch him, if he wants to, ps3udo open invitation to you too.
