as the title says has fifa 16 demo been released yet? on the internet it says it is out today but i cant seem to find the demo on origin

Go to fifa 16 on Origin and click try before you buy and it will let you download the demo.

Edit - played the intro match between Real and Barca it throws you into as soon as you load up and i'm liking what i see so far. It feels quite a bit different than 15.

Demo feels pretty decent, not sure what settings it is on default assuming one up from easiest, which seemed to make the opposition keeper anonymous (scored 6 goals with 8 shots and 2 hit the post).

Online is where I play anyway, so looks like it could be fun online assuming keepers aren't just there for decoration.

Yep, sucks.

I never got Fifa 15 to work 120hz so I gave up. Gaming in 60hz after playing fifa 14 in 120hz completely sucks. I hoped they would fix it eventually with a patch buy they didn't.

Not been keeping up with football games on the PC, this year should I be looking at FIFA or Pro Evo? I know previously that game engine improvements made for consoles didn't actually come over to the PC...

But the main question is this , is it going to be the same version as the Xbox one and PS3 versions ? As I believe the last 2 years versions have been different ?

The last version that was different was fifa 14. This was because the ps4 and Xbox one versions had the ignite engine. From Fifa 15 onwards, as far as I can tell, both pc and console versions have been the same.

PES is mainly the one which has been consistently different between console and pc.

The PC version of 14 didn't have the new Ignite engine but I'm pretty sure FIFA 15 was the same on PC as on consoles.

Fifa 16 on PC is the same as the Xbone & PS4 versions.

PES 16 on PC is a gimped 'hybrid' version inferior to the new consoles.

Not going to buy it, as an Arsenal fan the only difference between 15 & 16 is that we signed Cech.
