*** Official Fifa 16 Thread **

quick blast tonight and seems much improved to me.

A little bit slower paced and not as Arcadey
nice touches like the free kick spray on the ground which stays around for a bit and then slowly disappears.
FUT draft is good fun - you can play this as a full match etc

never considered FIFA on pc before - always been PS3 but not sure about buying for an ageing console as it looks pretty nice on PC
 
Seems like an improvement on 15, player collision seems different :confused:

Also speed seems a bit better, off the ball dribble is pretty fun.

I will probably end up getting it but I think the most I've paid for a PC Game in recent years is ~£13 :o
Going to check cdkeys sites close to release.
It's £29.99 for the game + 15 FUT Gold packs at the moment on cdkeys.com

In fifa 15 I got the cutscenes to run at 60fps by disabling 'lock to 60fps' & then used nvidia 3d settings to vsync: adaptive.

Not really sure why they put it down to 30fps, maybe something ported over from consoles?

I have Fifa 15 on both Xbox and PC and I've been playing the Fifa 16 demo on the Xbox a fair bit, and whilst it feels better than Fifa 15, it still isn't as satisfying as the latest Pro Evo (on Xbox). If there isn't a web app then I definately won't be getting it on Xbox, the FUT transfer centre on Fifa 15 is sooooo slow to use, I did all my FUT dealings on the web app.
 
I'm genuinely torn.

I have a good pc, demo looks great on it but playing FIFA on pc is just wrong for me. (having always played on console)

I have a ps3, so it will probably look ok but not as nice, and will there be loads of people playing on ps3 etc?

Also pc monitor is 24", PS3 tv hooked up to is 59"

Can't really justify buying xb1 or ps4 just for fifa!

PS3 fifa is old engine & 720p?
Plays & looks completely different to XBONE/PS4/PC version of fifa

I think once you play on the ignite engine you don't want to go back to PS3/360 fifa.
I have PS3 & PC, I've not touched it on the PS3 since playing it on the PC.
