*** Official Fifa 16 Thread **

Game is dodgy, I was dominating a player, I scored my 3rd goal at 72 mins (could have been double that if EA didn't have a fetish about the posts this year) and winning 3-0, then it went all down hill, my defender has the ball, I am about to pass and my midfield player runs right in front of my defender, the ball rolls to his striker, bam 3-1. Less than 30 seconds later, I do a gentle tackle in the box of his striker, penalty! Goal and 3-2. 30 seconds later he scores a messy goal in the box as I am afraid to tackle him, 3-3. In the end I manage to get my hat-trick with Falcao at 90+ mins and win 4-3. The above is how usually get 90% of my loses.

I know man its ridiculous how **** your team become after scoring x amount of goals. I know complacency exists but come on the whole team just become useless sacks of **** and constantly give the ball away and are as weak as kittens.

It really grinds me down how predictable it is and really is no fun.

Like last year but worse. :p

I don't usually pay attention to reviews but I should've with this, they've added virtually nothing and barring the inclusion of women's teams the changes they've made haven't really been for the better. There was a huge problem with pace last year and in pretty much every one since 09, EA have sort of tried to fix this but now it's virtually impossible to outsprint people even when they have a slow defender and you have a quick player.

Also maybe it's just me but the passing is completely and utterly unrealistic. If you didn't enjoy 15 I highly doubt you'd enjoy this but you don't really have much choice, this is still better than PES.
 
I sort of wish I had an xbox one or playstation 4 for fifa at the moment :(

Had some good games in the week on seasons, been playing on FUT over the weekend and have had so many disconnects or people fouling/injuring my players without any freekicks being given

Sometimes it feels like I'm playing streetfighter with a character who has his hands tied behind his back & a broken leg, it feels more like a fight than a free flowing game of football :(

The game feels so scripted, as soon as my midfield player ran into my pass, I knew the other team would score and get 2 more goals. The whole game turned upside down, I couldn't pass, every tackle was a foul, couldn't get the ball and he was doing nothing special with it, the same poor play I was dominating until my 3rd goal. I only got the 4th because he passed to my striker for a 1 on 1 with his goalie.

I'm in div 7... i had a few games last night and i managed to get enough points top get safe from relegation but now I'm getting smashed like 7-0 each time! I'm having real issues! :mad:

I bought on origin and also have not received anything today

I have been getting 2 packs each week up to now, have opened EA support but apparently "there are no advisors available at this time" :rolleyes:

Probably so many people trying to contact them.

edit: am now in chat with some support guy

So they tried to make excuses, then decided it must be delayed
I have logged the whole conversation and told them I will re-open the ticket if I do not receive the packs today.

Some quotes:
EASupport: But first could I ask when was the date when you first redeemed your code?
Me: I pre-ordered the deluxe edition on the origin store
....
EASupport: I'm very sorry to inform you that the free packs are not retro active anymore.
EASupport: Meaning if you were unable to login and play any matches on that week. The packs will not be provided
anymore
Me: When does the week start? it's monday today so I have not played yet but I played 'last' week
....
EASupport: It would start when you first played the game
Me: I received the packs every monday so far, has it changed?
EASupport: If you were receiving packs every Monday. Your pack would be arriving shortly

I don't think I'd get away with fobbing people off like this in Server Support
