*** Official Fifa 16 Thread **

I'm amazed the old vpn trick or grey keys are tolerated by EA given that FIFA is their main cash cow. Tempted though, havent bought a FIFA since around 2000 lol I was a diehard PES man in the PS2 days.

no just ea - GTA5 was the same via brazil etc. EA probably still know that lots of people spend loads of cash via packs etc anyway.

How the hell do you take accurate penalties in this game? I nail the first (power or accuracy?) bar dead center on green and add about 2 bars of power, but so much as breathing in a given direction on the L-Stick will pull it wide of the goal!

Don't hold down the direction you want it to go all the way till kicks it. Hold it down for 1-2 seconds and then let go

What MM says.

Watch this video and you'll see there is a marker in the goals during training mode https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQEGppAavLw

In the game itself, the marker is not shown (it's for training mode only), but you get the idea of how moving the analogue stick works. So if you're holding one direction the whole time, that marker will move all the way off to the side of the goal.

Nice one lads, I'l give it a go next time I eek out a draw. I was holding it down the whole time and always missing, even with the faintest hint of direction ha

Is the first bar related to accuracy?

From what I saw last year the prices of players were much much higher compared to consoles. But I think that was partly due to the "coin hacking" that went on for the PC and as such you could "buy coins" so so so cheap it made the market just go mental.

Hopefully it won't be the same this year as I am going to be getting the PC ver this time around :p But I imagine they will still be slightly higher than the consoles.

Any console converts in here? Considering buying on the PC for the first time. Should I make the switch? What are the pros/cons?
