I'm another one who thinks this game is overated, I'll post back when I've got further in, but its far from blown me away so far.
 
the second time you meet the beserker in the conservatory is doing my head in. I am either running out of time, or getting dom killed and it is doing my head in.

Still at least its not the junker level, driving and dealing with the kryll was easyish but what a pos.

Just get him to smash the glass in the ceiling for you by running into columns and then use the hammer.
 
Just finished the game on insane!!! My RAAM was hard, i have been trying to beat him on insane for the last 2 days!

Found a kind of glitch that kept him in one place.

Anyone wanna know ill say!

finished it last night on insane and on my own too :eek:

when you finish it on insane, it unlocks a special gow gamer pic, that can be found in your list of pic on the hard drive. see my sig

smashing game, gonna play thru it now in co-op with the missus, so i can get the Dom achievements and collect the remaining 6 cog tags i have missed.

after that, i will be committing myself to multiplayer :)
 
well finally got round to playing this for a decent amount of time since purchasing it on emergence day and have to say it is as visually good as everyone said and the game play is different enough to make you think about your next move. In many respects I find it similar to GRAW and I just loved that game. I really should get round to playing that again.

I have to say the best thing about this game is the chainsaw attachment to your gun in which you can carve up your victims. It just feels so satisfying when you see the pools of blood splatter the screen and the sound track to the game is just perfect. There have been few games that make me jump but when your in scoped/aim mode and wretch decides to pop out from the side and attack you it gives you that added extra buzz to just destroy them.

Well have only completed 3 acts on casual so far but I'm sure I have the rest of the game completed shortly.
 
Finished hardcore mode in online coop in one sesh today. took longer than i thought, mainly because in sections where you have to split up if one of you dies you go back to the last checkpoint :mad: Was a lot easier doing RAAM in coop on hardcore. Going to try Insane in coop in one sitting, takes longer than you think!

I wouldn't mind knowing how, been stuck on him the last 24 hours, found him easy enough on Hardcore but I just can't take him down on Insane. I even hosted some random online co-op games and still wasn't able to get it done! :(
 
got this game on Saturday, brilliant !!

Was wondering though is there only one save slot ??

Want to play both single play and co-op but g/f always too busy to play all the time.

Sort of as far as I can tell. If you play with her you can always 'start a new game' and choose the chapter you were last on.
 
Having been unable to play this game on release, i got to play this in co-op with my mate yesterday. What i think of this game is undescribable. IT'S AMAZING!!!
