Yeah I just realised I saw your sig and editied my original post lol
I use teamspeak, just hosted on a server at home, but works well and it's on all the time unless I have a powercut or something lol. I don't think there is any user limit other than my bandwidth (80 down, 20ish up) so I'm more than happy to use that with people who want to play

You're also welcome to use my TS when I'm not on there too, I just don't want it getting over run, if it lagged my game at all maximum butthurt would be achieved. I do often wonder how many people it would acommodate though, I've never really had more than about 5 people on at a time.

I'll be on but can't run any heists tonight as I'm working on the loyalty challenge with gamble, pete and hotdog.
Can do other missions and VIP stuff though.
