Started it up just to make sure the update had installed properly etc... Tomorrow in work will be agony!
part of me was tempted to just give up and play tomorrow but I am determined to play tonight!
Anyone know where the next cheapest and reliable place is to get it atm?It just wasnt meant to be

I'm running it with a 4790k and MSI 290x gaming, both on stock clocks. On a 1080p screen I'm running it at 2560 x 1440 with everything maxed apart from msaa and I think it was reflective msaa which are both on x4 instead of x8. I'm in the mid to high 40's most of the time. It seems to run great, I had it on x8 but when I got to the Trevor visiting his shrink cut scene it tanked into the teens so I dropped to x4 and the cut scene went back up into the 30's so I left it there and now it bounces between 40 and 50 mostly..
It's just jumped from 25 mins to 45... Think you might be right! I simply want to get the game up and running at least, as I'm on lates this week (home at half 8 in the evening) so simply want to get home tomorrow, veg out and play this.

Running reasonable well at 5960*1200 on my 670SLI with most settings at high. However I'm still tempted with an upgrade to 980SLI to ramp the graphics up more.
Will try messing around with the settings in the morning to get the most out of it, however I've done the first couple of missions and the only thing I don't like is that the text boxes are all hidden behind my bezel with my bezel correction resolution.

Yea tried it on highest setting I could get. There will be times that fps count will just drop to sub 10 and become a slide show lol
Yeah im on 2gb 670 card. I used gf experience and ingame it says 2.5gb will be used. In gpuz i saw it go to 2002 or somit not the full 2048 but i did notice fps dropping from 60 to 50 then 40 a few times when vram was very high near 2000. Might have to dial it back i dunno. I played the benchmark again it felt smoother and more detail but its very slow to move around it plays just like gta 4 with slow ass people when controlling them instead of zippy fast reaction times in gta sa for example (hate these modern gta games that made this move to a more physx based movement system..) Anyhow i did the get money part shot the guard then it said do u wana continue the benchy i said yes then black screen for 2 mins then alt and tabbed cos it wasnt doing owt then it crashed.
Am i the only one having gfx glitches and issues with latest drivers too. Maybe i should clean em and reinstall the latest ones.
I havent tried using the benchmark yet just manual config. FPS started high 50s then slowly went down then followed by slideshow. Guess I might have to settle for high or buy a new card

It's reading at around 3.8 maxed with the game at 1440 on a 1080p monitor.
