No it's much more serious than anything they have had trouble with in the past. Basically, one of the most important people in R*, behind, GTA and sorted out red dead was sacked after taking a sabbatical. Leslie Benzies who was president of Rockstar North....

There has not been a patch for three weeks... 1.33

You could try entering the following text into commandline.txt forums in the route GTA directory -varify (if the files is not there, create one) and start the game from the launcher. That will check the game files and red download all files that are out of date.

If you are on steam. Use varify game cashe to do the same...

Not played it for a bit, i will try and use the -varify, thanks.

edit:

Just added the file "commandline.txt" in the route GTA directory and entered -varify into it but the launcher opens then downloads the patch and then crashes?

How big is the patch?

One thing you could try is to rename your GTA root directory to something like gtaold, go to the social club, start to re download the game in full, but stop once the GTAVlauncher.exe has been downloaded. Rename your GTA folder back to its original name, replace the launcher with the one you have downloads and see what happens.

LOL Yeah, was not having that dude as I said.... Dont need it.. I am more than happy to play with randoms, Had a great time this morning with some 30 ranks... brought in a reinforcement for the final and they went away with 600k. I really enjoy that.

However he was a giant douche.... As for demanding 20% for doing it...well...

As I said, if I am on and you are up for heists, then we can do them. It's all I am doing ATM, making new friends and waiting for that division lot to get bored and come back to the dark side Mooohhhaaaaaa :p

Yep, he certainly was. Shot me and the other 2 in the back of the head once we finished. Real pleasant person lol. All he did was the standard kuruma run and thought he was some sort of God. The only slightly different part which I hadn't seen before, was getting to the jump at the end, through the Altruist Cult camp.

But yeah, definitely up for heists again. That division lot will be back for more at some point lol.
 
Forgot i had deleted my gta backup ready to copy a new one across last week, then i decided to format and reinstall windows the other day, doh....only 35g to go now :(

Had wondered where you'd been hiding Blud, we could've used ya a few days back with some jockey in a Hydra :p My dogfighting skills haven't got any better so I'm easy prey 99% of the time.

Yep that route is the quickest. however there is river jump just down the mountain a bit that is epic and will show you as I was shown by Mac....


Wondered where you had got to as well Blud :)

Its 54MB, i might just leave it and try again after the next patch.
 
Anyone able to Recommend a trainer for this? I was under the impression that once i owned a 10 car garage, i could go there and spawn any vehicle like you could on last gen consoles. But you can't... Trainer seems to be the only way if i just want to mess about and not buy anything
