***Official GTAV PC Thread*** [Important warning updated in the OP]

Fell asleep minutes before release after waiting one and a half years for the damn thing... woke myself up mid-dream by realising what I was seeing was not GTA V. :|

Hows the msaa?

Lookin to absolutely minimize the jaggies, wondering if its gonna be worth sacrificing some settings to get the Msaa/mfaa levels up

So, I can't play. Loads fine, gets a little way into the game or online or w/e, then as soon as it hits 2GB RAM usage (I have 4GB) it crashes. :(
Safemode was the same, got a little further (nearly made it through all the credits on the online intro!) before it hit 2GB usage and crashed. :'(

It's take your breath away astonishing and so well optimised, if you have a rig capable - pump the settings up to max, its been a semi drunken pleasure to wander about Los Santos for an hour or so!

;)

Had to plug in my 360 pad as driving that fast car with i dunno what he was called but you stole a red or white car at start. That one. As using kb was terrible. The cars just instantly turn with no resistance and are stupidly fast or well that one was. Also turns corners like its on ski's. If only they did a 50/50 of gta 4 and 5 driving between them i think it would have worked better.

Game running maxed out on my humble 780 at a constant 60FPS @ 1080p. Looks awesome at times. No issues so far. Loving it.

I am torn. Settings quite high but noticing dips when driving from constant 60 fps down to high 30's at 1920x1200.

I know it could play happily with this rig but I think a gtx 970 with an extra crucial 8gb memory (on its way) and an overclock on the CPU could run this game even sweeter.

Running everything at pretty much max, 2x msaa with fxaa and txaa. Tessellation and all that good stuff. Easy solid 60fps on a 780 at 1080p. Really well optimised. I've had 2 crashes though... Can't even finish the mission with Franklin driving the stolen car. Trying again for the 3rd time. On new drivers. Just restarted

Is there any option I've missed to get the UI moved a bit? It sits right on the edge of the screen, I think I'd prefer a little offset.

Runs amazing though, well done R*!
