After playing this the last couple of months, only at 82% complete did I find out you can place waypoints on the map... 
On the Hero campaign I think there isn't enough punishment for killing civilians, e.g. when blowing up APCs or spamming R2 to take out the undercover spies hitting civilians is bad karma but is not really anything u need to worry about. Maybe it would be better if the karma level dropped way faster.
Also, the papertrail mission never works for me, is it something I have to setup an online account for or what?
