It's because they give them longer to do a proper review otherwise the lesser sites rush out the reviews to be first and get the clicks. They say it makes it fair for everyone

Well too late for me, it's despatched on its way so if game is a dud I'm going to have to use distant selling regs to send it back , but I think this game will review fairly well. solid 8s hopefully

If you like the genre and you've seen the preview videos it should give you a good idea of if it's a game for you regardless of the reviews of other people. Some of my favorite games of last gen haven't been that we'll received by the media.

Got this, MGS and FFX coming tomorrow!

However it's been sent by Rainforest Logistics so it's anyones guess whether it'll turn up or not. Just wish there was consistency in their couriers.

Slightly dubious about the reviews of the game, considering it's out tomorrow and there's still none around, looking forward to it none the less.

I don't see the same old formula as a bad thing personally. If it works, why fix it? GTA is effectively the same every time, yet that is still brilliant.

I agree to an extent but I cannot help but feel that 3 might just be the limit before you need to change. I loved UC and UC2, two of my fave games from last gen and yet I couldn't even be bothered to play UC3 more than halfway. I think the game just felt stale by that point.
That said, I am a hypocrite as I will gladly indulge in many RPG's that offer very similar gameplay.
