Lols were just had in that game, wish i had a videos of me and my fellow team mates getting raped while the pro that is Mrk stands at the side and i quote 'watches down the scope for a tank'

Almost as good as our Parish game last night, when we were all getting horribly killed and Mrk ran off ahead without even realising

Its become a joke on versus, if you and your team play well and get to far ahead everone just quits? you can waist a whole evening trying to play a game, the only way to see one through now is to keep the scores semi even and then people stick around!
what happened to rising to the challenge or trying harder... ???? people just quit and join another game/lobby and hope they can win that... ffs!
where do you go to get a decent game?

a rating system will never work with people who don't like losing. give them the option to rate and they'll accuse everyone of hacking.
what we need, is a banned list. if a player on my banned list is on the other team, skip over them and keep searching. I don't mind people who think I hack not playing with me again, I mind if people who think I hack stop other people from playing with me.

Whether you win or lose is not the point. L4d is lolz game. If people get behind in a game and leave then maybe they should go play CS. Win or lose what is important is you learn something and try better next time. If people just play to win and then by the 3rd map there is no way they can win and they leave then these people won't be on my friends list.
The lowest game score I've ever had was with Scooby, yeah he is a noob, on L4d1 which was 236 points!!!! The game was so bad it was actually fun. We never left just because we were getting owned.
If you can try and get what appears to be a balanced teams then good, but I have seem teams hand picked for there balance and still one team can destroy another, L4D is just a bit too random for a fair balanced game...sometimes. But in general if you get 8 people who have decent playing ability the games are pretty close.

I agree with Fish. I used to care a fair bit about the winning .It is still nice to try and win and do well as a team as that is where a lot of enjoyment comes from, although it doesn't make the game.

Totally agree there - some of the funnest games I've had are where we're getting stuffed and it's a constant struggle just to make it another twenty yards. For some reason, most of these games are when I'm grouped with KnubChances are if you are getting whooped that badly there are going to be numerous lolz occurring to keep you entertained. I don't accept defeat, I'm still swearing and blaming all the rest of my team

It was actually me, you, uzi and arctic peedo. I'll let you off though, I know that memory fades with age. Even though it was only last night
Funny how no one actually finished a map though. That's what early tanks and tanks on crescendo's gets you really...Although all 4 of us were stood at the chopper on NM before the early tank came and pwned us all!
