I shouldn't have been so greedy.
I was on a comfortable 400KB/s with location at UK but switched to Ireland to try bump it up, it was sitting at 30KB/s for a few mins so i bumped it back to UK and now that won't go above 50KB/s

Sitting at 12% now, probably won't be done till morning *sigh*
