** Official Mayhems Development Log **

i responded before to you and passed the info onto sales. We offered you a discount via email on the pastel and said we wouldn't split the rad and xt1 as they are now all pre packed. You should check your spam box.

Oh.

It did get spammed.

Thanks :) Will contact you on email then :D

Just wanted to know, for the Blitz Part 2, do you have to mix the concentrate with DI water or can you use tap water?

DI water is a little scarce for me as no means of travel + no asda/b&q at walking distance so have to order them online at few quid more :o

Originally planned on replacing my rads with the Havocs but due to some problems with funds, I had to put it off, but now things seem a little brighter as I have potential buyers for some of my old kit.

So fingers crossed I get to use the Havocs(360/240) and try out the Blitz cleaning stuff. :)

Received my Havocs today, thanks Micheal and Steve!

Anyhow, I was wondering if it's possible to mix XT-1 clear with XT-1 Blood red?

I think I have under 50ml left of the blood red and will need a little more than 1L of coolant for the system.

Quick, but maybe silly question. Does it matter which port you use on your mayhems rad as in or out flow? Reason I ask is that the flow direction would be different. I assume no difference?

Might be me or maybe the xspc photon res - it is difficult to get all the air out. With my previous rad it did not seem such a problem. I may be imagining things though - comparison is only relative and not scientific.

Nope it makes no difference but its all way better to have the out port at the highest point in you case. It is a little hard to get the air out of the rad but tipping it normally solves this issue. Dont forget there is triple chambers in the back of the rad unlike any other rad on the market.

Many thanks for the confirmation - just wondering whether the triple chambers perhaps trap air more easily?

Tbh it should be the same as a normal rad getting the air out of the triple chambers as the relative flow pattern is the same. We have the chamfer which aids in the air removal. We found it took us a extra few tips to get the air out but then again were pretty much experts at getting air out lol.

Will be changing soon to a Koolance 450S pump and 450s pump base with the controller for 24V should improve flow nicely.

Want to pop round and get the air out for me. Lol :D

As a happy user (just finished my loop today actually) of their Havoc rad, I'd say their rads bled really easily comparing with other 60mm thick rad.

I've used EK XTX and XSPC RX before, and they are no where as easily bleed as my Havoc now. My Havoc basically sort itself out effortlessly when I fill my loop lol.

Good job Mayhems!!

Must be me then. Lol :o :D
