***Official METRO Last Light Benchmark Thread***

Hopefully my copy will be unlocked when I get home in the morning, then I can post some benches.

Unlease Hell

Well until I find out SLI is not working anyway.

Does anyone know what the best drivers are for this.

Have a look here and decide for your self.

In short at 1080p nope! You might be able to set the game to normal quality, but everything else will be off!

cheers for response mate.

i wasn't clear enough as i should have been. I have a 3gb msi 580 lighting and im looking for a dedicated card for Physx.

what i meant by others is other games that use physx.

This restarted windows for me with the latest drivers. the scaling is also terrible on my titans with the gpu1 at 60% load whilst gpu2 was higher on 87%. Just doesnt make sense. rolling drivers back tomorrow after work.

Didn't finish the first one, so wont be buying this one. Gameplay got me bored about mid way through.
Will maybe one day finish it and get last light when in sale.

Physx any good videos with this on and off? watching the gameplays on youtube I dont notice anything stunning? defo not on the level of Borderlands 2.

Just can't stop running that fantastic Benchmark over and over again, PhysX must be fantastic in this bhoys!, I haven't even played it yet!:D

That looks like negative scaling Kaap. I was getting 69.91 average fps in SLI with a small overclock.

This the worst I have seen a game run in quad sli, the negative scaling is bad enough but there was screen tearing and it was a very jerky experience - check out the minimum and maximum FPS.

I think NVidia have got some work to do here.

Later I will give it a go on the GTX 690s but I think the result will be the same.

I have only run the bench test and it isn't smooth at all and reading up, it is a bit of a mess for Nvidia and AMD owners alike. Steam installed the patch but I have not had a chance to try it yet :(

Performance started of great for me on Metro LL, now I'm further into the game my 660's are taking a whooping, getting drops under 30fps even in DX9 mode (No tessellation, PhysX turned off) everything else maxed. Demanding game for sure, can't wait to upgrade soon, play this how it was intended...

A Titan would cope nicely :p
