When i run the 3DMARK06 test, the two CPU tests look worse than an old 8-Bit game?
My CPU score is around 4400, does this sound right?

Yea, max mine ever got is 3fps lol, runs awful on every PC as far as Im aware

Didn't know what to expect score wise, and not compared any similar systems yet, but was hoping to add more points than i will be i'm afraid.

3Dmark 2003 is easy to get points from i found.
Haven't used some of these programmes for ages takes me back to when i had a naff system bit like nowadays mine seems so slow
Must upgrade soon.

I have registered on the site, and took the 3dmark06 test. Few questions.. I hope it's fine to use the non-registered version?? And after the 3dmark06 test, I took a screenshot of it. But a weird thing is.. CPU-Z says I run my CPU at 3610MHz (correct - 172x21), but 3dmark06 says it runs at 3440MHz.. Why? Is it just reporting wrong, or is it only using multiplier 20, when running?

Probably when the program starts detects the 20x multi and displays that, will go to 21x when turbo kicks in

Oh, important detail I left out. SpeedStep and Turbo is off! I manually set it to constant 21.

Just downloaded wPrime as well, and it just wont run Tried both v1.55 and v2.00 and both just say "Unexpected Error; quitting" when I try and run it. Thought it might just be because Im using windows 7, but ran in compatability mode and same happened any ideas?

Working fine on build 7137 for me.

Unfortunately it was a lower score than one I ran late last night but didn't save, ah well - I'll just have to do it again.

Gonna get some more progs downloaded and try some more tonight if poss.

My results seem to be a bit weak haha, need to get an E0 stepping CPU rather than this C0 Im on now, will make higher clocks a bit easier I'd think

I try but i am going deaf with my radeon have the fan at 100% when benching and leave the room cant stand it.
I cannot wait to get the water cooling parts in my shopping basket a single 120mm rad just don't cut it anymore for my cpu.
Think i really should get a block for my 4870x2 but just haven't the funds at the mo.

Also while im here what tool do you guys suggest for clocking my graphics card i would like to up the core speed but don't want to ball's it up.
