How long did it take before you got your points?
Or am i not getting any :( "Hardware Rank: 32nd Radeon HD 4850 - 0.0 points"

Well hopefully after a bit of tinkering in the BIOS, with the help of rjkoneill, i might be in a position to try again for a better score.

I signed up also but i dont know if i can add anything to the team as i only have a 8800gt 512 gfx:(
I do have my Co 920 @ 3.9ghz and my 1333mhz ram running at 1487mhz though if thats any use.
So what are the best benches for me to try?

Good work!!!

you can add to the team! thats the beauty of it

yes, the global rank will mean you dont have a fantastic score as you would be up against the i7/qualdsli rigs

but your hardware rank might mean your 8800gt compares brilliantly to the others!

the trick to HWBOT is finding hardware that nobody else uses

im planning on getting some benchmarking time with the i7 Xeon dual cores that we have samples of

Nice to see links for the benchmark programmes there on the first page now. :)

im getting there
when i have time i will get them all there and perhaps do a little more on how to get points easily - glad to see this is taking off :D

Ok thanks, time to push things a little bit more and then do some benchmarks.

I don't see that result lasting long, clearly a bugged result or run at the wrong resolution (you've covered it in the 3dmark window which is an instant reject).

It's best to remove those sorts of things yourselves before HWbot do it for you and you earn yourself (and your team) a bad rep as a result.
I uploaded a verification link with the pic so that will verify resolution.
Yes, I was on my knees whilst this run was going. :)Gonna do some more runs and investigate.

Haha, that should surely get a few points, and probably be near the top of the global charts!

Ive yet to get any points. Re-did all the benchmarks today with an extra 200MHz on my CPU and slight tweaks to my GPU, but doubt its going to improve at all.

Like you said, its all about using stuff nobody else does... theres quite a lot of competition with my E8400 lol

Check this one out.

Gutted now; must be a bug with windows 7?
So I am best removing the first place result from Hwbot now?

I have submitted my first bench.
I'm having the same problem as Thrash911 with Vantage and 3D Mark 06 not showing my CPU at the right speed.Anybody else have issues?
Even funnier thought was realtemp showing my multiplier as 30's and 40's.It was showing me running at 8+ ghz:-)

Vantage shows my CPU as a 975 when it runs above 4.2ghz

Of is generally more accurate when you get the latest versions (links on the op)

That 1st place post does look a little odd
Perhaps we should make an effort to compare results we enter to those close to us. Just to make sure we don't get bans etc

Wow, I was campaigning for this years ago but got fed up and joined another team. Good luck guys.

Power in quantity not quality! :p
